Viscose rug with a vintage look
The abstract pattern gives the Puerto viscose rug an impressive vintage look. The short pile plays equally with light and dark elements and combines them into an interesting pile. Equally exciting is the combination of vintage pattern and shiny fiber, which usually creates a more modern look. Above all, the bright spots catch the light and reflect it into the rooms. Depending on the incidence of light and viewing angle, the overall picture can therefore vary slightly.
The shiny pile is created by the cut & loop process, in which the velor pile and loops are separated differently.
The highlights:
- Slightly shiny pile
- Velvety soft material
- Viscose is made from wood
(natural raw material) - Insulates sound and heat
- During production, pesticides are used
and petroleum avoided
For which rooms is suitable
a viscose carpet?
Viscose carpets are particularly popular in the living room or bedroom. Here the beautiful carpets provide a lot of cosiness and shine. Especially the carpets in larger formats can develop the full effect.
The carpet is rarely found in dining rooms, as sharp-edged furniture or chair legs can damage the material.
Cleaning viscose carpet - tips
Viscose carpets are easy to clean. Nevertheless, there is a risk that the surface will be damaged if handled improperly. Dirt can usually be easily removed with a vacuum cleaner. However, a special attachment should be used for this. Stains can usually be removed with water, dishwashing liquid or vinegar. We have listed detailed cleaning tips in our material lexicon .
