Shipping and Returns
Our products are shipped insured via DHL, Hermes, or comparable logistics service providers. We deliver within Germany and to Austria.
Shipping Costs
Shipping of our regular products within Germany is free for you.
For deliveries to Austria, we charge a flat shipping fee of €14.95 per order. For orders with a value of €349.00 or more, shipping to Austria is also free.
For shipping of free carpet samples, we charge a flat shipping fee of €2.95 per order to Germany and €3.95 to Austria. A maximum of three carpet samples can be requested per order.
Delivery Time
Your order will be processed after payment receipt within the period specified on the respective product page. Shipping takes place Monday to Friday (except public holidays) via our logistics partners.
Prices and Payment Terms
4.1 Unless otherwise stated in the product description, the prices quoted are total prices that include statutory value-added tax. Any shipping costs incurred will be shown separately on the respective product page.
4.2 The customer has the payment options available in the online shop.
4.3 If prepayment is agreed, payment is due immediately after conclusion of the contract.
4.4 For payments made via a payment method offered by PayPal, payment processing is carried out by PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22–24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg, subject to the PayPal user terms and conditions.
4.5 In cooperation with Klarna, we offer various payment options as part of the Klarna checkout. Further information on the respective payment methods and the applicable terms and conditions can be found on Klarna's pages.
4.6 If the invoice purchase payment method via Klarna is selected, the invoice amount must be paid to Klarna within 14 days from the invoice date, subject to a successful credit check.
4.7 Credit card payment is processed via Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. The credit card will be charged immediately after the order is placed.
Note on Transit Damage
Please check the goods for obvious transit damage upon receipt. Should you nevertheless discover damage, we ask you to inform us promptly so that we can clarify the matter with the shipping service provider.
Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected by this, of course.
