Delivery to Switzerland
We currently do not offer direct delivery to Switzerland. However, customers in Switzerland can place their order through an independent forwarding service such as MeinEinkauf.ch.
How ordering works
- First, register with MeinEinkauf.ch.
- You will receive a personal email address ending in @meineinkauf.ch and the required order details.
- Then order your rug from our online shop as usual.
- At checkout, use exactly the delivery, billing and contact details provided by MeinEinkauf.ch.
- We ship your order to the specified German address.
- MeinEinkauf.ch then handles forwarding and import processing into Switzerland.
Important payment information
The order must be paid in full in our online shop. Please choose a prepayment method accepted by MeinEinkauf.ch. Suitable options include PayPal and credit card (Visa or Mastercard). Purchases on account, for example via Klarna, are not accepted by MeinEinkauf.ch.
Important information
MeinEinkauf.ch is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with carpetz.de. The forwarding agreement to Switzerland is concluded exclusively between you and MeinEinkauf.ch.
Before ordering, please check the current fees, accepted payment methods, size and weight surcharges, and possible restrictions directly with MeinEinkauf.ch. This is especially important for larger rugs and long parcels.
The customer is responsible for correctly entering the delivery address, billing address, email address and customer details supplied by MeinEinkauf.ch.
Our standard terms apply to returns and complaints. Additional transport costs from Switzerland or through a forwarding service will not be covered unless required by mandatory law.
