What makes viscose carpets
so special?
The pile of viscose carpets is created from sections of loops and velor that are sheared differently. This results in a uniquely shiny and silky surface that changes shape and shimmers depending on the viewing angle. Shallow, vintage-looking gradients emerge. The effect is particularly effective with carpet sizes from 160 cm wide.

Viscose rugs are made from cellulose. This is obtained from the wood of beech, spruce, eucalyptus and bamboo and then processed into fine fibers using the viscose process. A dense pile is woven from the fibers. The result is a high-quality, hand-woven viscose carpet.
