Our viscose carpets are hand-woven and get a special effect using the cut & loop process. Due to the manual processes, each carpet is unique and no two copies look 100% the same. However, if the carpet is not in the desired color upon delivery, the viscose carpet can be returned free of charge within 14 days.
Clean viscose carpet
Care should be taken when cleaning viscose carpets, because the carpet pile can be damaged with the wrong cleaning utensils. It is strongly recommended that you only clean the carpet in the direction of the fibers. We have listed further tips and tricks in our material lexicon .
