100% natural sisal carpet
Thissisal rug , made entirely of plant fibers, is an innovation from the Grundstoff brand. Instead of glue, finely woven sisal is mechanically connected to the fleece made of natural fibers using a special needling process. The fleece itself consists of kenaf, hemp fibers and a small amount of sisal, which is obtained from recycled coffee bags.
The fleece connection also increases the insulation against room and impact noise and also improves walking comfort. Since the fleece replaces the classic rubber padding here, there is no risk of the later fleece aging and eventually sticking to the ground.
