Viscose carpet Bridget -
The luxury carpet with a velvet look
Home is the place where we want to spend the most time and feel comfortable. The Bridget viscose rug offers a very good basis for this, because the surface created in the cut & loop is velvety soft and has a pleasant feel. The pile is dense and nestles nicely against the skin.
Due to the impressive look, the viscose carpet quickly becomes the center of attention in every interior, because the surface exudes a very special shine and charm. Depending on the viewing angle, the carpet shimmers a little differently, so that the design does not become boring and shows itself in a different guise in different lighting conditions.
Viscose and the environment
Since the carpet market is still largely dominated by polyester carpets, more and more manufacturers are turning to natural raw materials. Viscose is based on beech, spruce, eucalyptus and bamboo wood. From these raw materials, fibers are obtained through the viscose process, which are ultimately used to manufacture carpets.
Pesticides and petroleum are largely avoided during production.
For which rooms is a viscose carpet suitable?
Viscose carpets are particularly popular in the living room or bedroom. Here the carpets provide a special shine and a pleasant feel. The high-quality carpets ensure a unique feel-good experience and upgrade the premises. Viscose carpets can also be used in the dining room, but it should be noted that the surface can be damaged by angular chair or table legs.
The advantages of viscose carpets at a glance:
- Unique shine
- Velvety soft and pleasant feel
- Insulates sound and heat
- Pesticides and petroleum are largely avoided in production
- Viscose is made from a natural raw material (wood).
Cleaning a viscose carpet
Dishwashing detergent, water or vinegar, that's all you really need to clean a viscose carpet. When cleaning, however, it is important to ensure that the material is treated in the direction of the fibers, otherwise irreversible damage can occur. When vacuuming, you should either proceed very carefully or use a special attachment.
